Consultation
After your initial enquiry, we’ll give you a phone call to understand your project better.
Next, we’ll schedule a home consultation, which usually lasts 90 to 120 minutes and comes with a small fee. This is an important step for us to get to know you, your lifestyle, and your vision for the space. We’ll listen closely to your hopes and ideas, as understanding your needs is key to a successful design outcome.
This is also a chance for you to get to know us. A strong working relationship is crucial, and we want you to feel confident and comfortable with your choice of designer.
During the consultation, we’ll take measurements, discuss your budget, and go over preferred timelines.
Afterwards, we’ll send you a proposal outlining the project scope, timeline, budget estimate, and any design or project management fees

Design details
After presenting the concept, we dive into the details, ensuring every element is thoughtfully considered. Our team then prepares bespoke cabinetry drawings, joinery and hardware specifications, plumbing plans, lighting design, and electrical layouts to finalise your proposal
The build
Our in-house construction team is ready to bring your vision to life. Rest assured, we ensure that design and construction are always perfectly aligned. You won’t need to worry about electrical plans or intricate joinery details – we’ve got it all covered for you.
- Construction
Our designer and Project Manager will work collaboratively to ensure this stage progresses seamlessly, addressing and resolving any issues that may arise promptly.
- Styling
Prior to handover day, our team of designers will have carefully curated a selection of luxury accessories and artwork to dress the space. These finishing touches are an integral component part required to complete the beautiful aesthetic.
